Why I Built This

I spent years working in elite sports rehabilitation, where I watched athletes recover — or not — and realised that what they ate, how they slept, and how they managed stress shaped outcomes more than any single treatment. That pulled me into naturopathic nutrition and functional health, and eventually to Charnock Farm. The Farleigh Method came out of a pattern I kept seeing in clinic: people who had already tried a lot of things, been given more things to try, and still weren't getting anywhere. The problem wasn't effort. It was never having a clear way to tell what was actually working.

We don't introduce ten things and hope something sticks. We introduce one priority, track your response over 1–2 weeks, and use that signal to decide what comes next. Every decision is based on evidence from your body — not a generic template.
What Happens Week by Week

We start with a full picture of your history, symptoms, diet, sleep, stress and goals. This isn't a form — it's a proper conversation so nothing important gets missed.
Your First Focus
Based on the consultation, I identify the single area most likely to create meaningful movement first. You get a clear, manageable starting protocol — not an overwhelming list.
Weekly Check-Ins
Each week we review energy, sleep, your main symptom, and a few focus-specific signals. We see what's shifting. We decide what changes. Nothing drifts.
Review and Build
At the end of week 4, we review everything — what helped, what didn't, and what comes next. By this point you have a body of evidence, not guesswork, to guide the next phase.
