An hour with Niki. More questions than your GP has ever asked. Actual answers about what's going on with your body — and a plan to do something about it.

Remedial massage and hands-on bodywork for pain, tension, and mobility. Because “have you tried ibuprofen” is not a treatment plan.
Find out more →Body Ballancer
Medical-grade lymphatic drainage for post-surgical swelling, training recovery and fluid retention. 45 minutes, from £45, here at Stocks House Thursday to Saturday.
Find out more →Retreats
Step away from whatever's grinding you down. Food, rest, learning, and the kind of reset you genuinely cannot manufacture at home.

Colon cleansing in Southport
Looking for colonic irrigation in Southport?
We don't offer colonic irrigation or colonic hydrotherapy at the Southport clinic. Colonic irrigation is an in-clinic procedure that flushes the colon with water from the outside; if that specific treatment is what you want, you'll need a hydrotherapy clinic.
What Niki offers instead is a natural colon cleanse — a guided six-day programme of juices, broths, real food and targeted supplements that supports your body's own elimination from the inside, through the gut, liver and lymph. It's posted to you and done at home, so Merseyside and West Lancashire clients do it around work rather than booking a treatment room.
If you would rather not do it alone, you can sit down with Niki in person at Stocks House in Scarisbrick first, so the cleanse sits inside a plan built around your own history rather than being a standalone week.
