Childhood & Inspiration
I was always sporty, curious about movement, and surrounded by wholesome food. Family gatherings revolved around vibrant, honest dishes made with love — and that joy of nourishment has never left.
Professional Journey
My foundation in Sports Rehabilitation from Salford University led me to work with elite athletes and complex injuries — where I saw firsthand that what we eat, think, and feel shapes recovery more than any single treatment.
That realization drew me toward holistic nutrition and lifestyle medicine — empowering clients to create sustainable change beyond the clinic.

Understanding Holistic Wellness
Digestion, inflammation, mindset, and movement are connected. My approach focuses on the whole picture — not just symptoms.

I built CF Organic Wellness around three things that work together — the work, the immersion, and the products.
The 1:1 work — the foundation.
It's where we measure where you are, find what your body actually responds to, and build a protocol that fits you — not a template. Most clients start here.
The retreats — where the work becomes lived experience.
A week of eating, moving, breathing, and being — surrounded by people on the same journey. For many clients, the retreat is where everything they've been working on finally clicks.
The products — how the work continues at home.
Every tea, every blend, every capsule on our shop is something I've formulated for the protocols I actually use in clinic. Nothing is on the shelf for the sake of it.
Most of my clients touch all three over time. It's not a funnel — it's how the work actually unfolds in real life.
