How to use▾

Magic Clay: Take 2–4 capsules with 1/2 pint of water before bed or on rising, 40 minutes away from food, supplements or medications.

Gut Restore: Adults only. Take 2 capsules before bed with a glass of water, for occasional, short-term use only. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
