What is a follow-up session?

A 30-minute check-in to review your progress, adjust your plan, and move on to the next stage of your health journey. £80. Useful for people who've had an initial consultation and want ongoing support without committing to the full Farleigh Method programme.

Can I have a consultation online?

Yes. Niki sees clients in-clinic at Leyland and fully online. Both are equally thorough.

What happens in the full consultation?+

Niki goes through your complete health history — childhood, medications, diet, sleep, stress, digestion, energy. Nothing is off limits. Nothing is irrelevant. You leave with a written, personalised plan that addresses root causes rather than just managing symptoms.

When do I need a follow-up?+

Follow-ups are for people already working with Niki who want to review progress, adjust their plan, or move into the next stage of their health journey. Healing happens in stages, and follow-ups are how you keep moving forward rather than plateauing.

How is this different from seeing my GP?+

Your GP has eight minutes and a prescription pad. Niki has an hour, a full case history form, and a genuine interest in why you feel the way you feel. It's a different kind of medicine — not instead of your GP, but working alongside.

Can I book online instead of coming to Leyland?+

Absolutely. Online sessions are just as thorough as in-clinic. Most of Niki's clients outside Lancashire prefer it.
