Morning Rituals That Rewire Your Energy
Our mornings always began with an energizing sunrise session on the beach. Picture this: meditation with the gentle sound of waves, invigorating sea swimming, and breathwork that awakens every cell in your body. We'd then move into a functional movement class where I personally observed and helped improve everyone's posture whilst doing the moments, followed by an incredible yoga session with Claire Broomhead that challenged and nourished both body and mind. The morning always concluded with an exhilarating ice bath that left everyone feeling alive and refreshed.
The Power of a 3-Day Cleanse
This retreat are pretty special, we incorporate a groundbreaking 3-day heavy metal, gut, liver, and brain cleanse. Guests experience next level supplements and herbs to compliment their juice and broth protocol to enhance removal of heavy metals and toxins, restore gut health, and support brain function. It wasn't just a detox - it was a complete system reset.
Nourish to Flourish: Food & Learning
Our nutrition and learning sessions dove deep into critical health topics. We explored everything from cancer prevention and hormone management to blood sugar regulation, male and female hormones, parasite and weeding protocols and oral microbiome health. Each session included an interactive Q&A, allowing participants to dive deeper into their personal health journeys. I also did some fun food workshops to motivate guests to increase nutrients into everyday meals by jazzing up salads, breakfasts and making raw chocolate and protein cakes!
Bodywork Like You've Never Felt
The bodywork therapies were truly next-level. We introduced an innovative stomach massage therapy called Chi Nei Sang (CNT), that not only released physical tension but also targeted emotional blockages. Imagine a treatment that could simultaneously address back pain, digestive issues, and emotional stress! Alongside this, we offered myofascial release, posture correction, Ayurvedic yoga massage, shiatsu and lymphatic drainage treatments.
Tech Meets Wellness
We even brought cutting-edge wellness technology into the mix with Heart Math wearables. These incredible devices showed participants how their emotions directly impact heart rate variability, offering real-time insights into stress management and emotional resilience.
Evening Integration & Restoration
Evenings were all about gentle restoration. Calmer workshops, yin yoga, meditation, and sunset walks helped transition participants from the day's intense activities into deep, restorative sleep. We used practitioner-strength herbs and nootropic supplements to support brain health, boost dopamine in the morning, and promote serotonin production in the evening.
