Breathe Tea 25g

This tea fits its description perfectly. Designed during lockdown to help open the airways of those struggling with Covid. It works brilliantly and almost immediately if you are feeling a bit chesty to loosen mucus and dilate the airways. Also very useful before any breath-work practise you may have.

Directions: Steep in hot water for at least 2 minutes.

Ingredients: Yarrow, Elderflower and Peppermint.

All ingredients are organic.
