Moving towards cleaning the gut, liver and kidneys to improve digestion, brain and hormone health is a major component of our constant research. The need to help educate people on how to live a cleaner life, and how we can be the best versions of ourselves is high on our agenda. For the past 10 years we’ve been developing our Heavy Metal Liver and Gut Cleanses, superfood nootropic powders and nutritional tea blends.

One of our standout offerings is our retreats held in the stunning location of La Manga del Mar Menor in Spain. These retreats provide a transformative experience for participants, offering a comprehensive range of activities that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

On our retreats, Niki and some of the best therapists and teachers she has met over the years, get to work closely with our guests, encompassing all our combined experience to help educate and debunk the confusion around nutrition and simplify meal preparation and recipes. All to give our clients the empowerment of knowledge, to take responsibility of theirs and their family’s health from that point onwards. We incorporate amazing yoga, primal movements, Wim Hof Breathwork and cold-water immersion, infra-red light and sound therapy, organic food and practitioner strength supplements and bespoke body work treatments to create the perfect environment to learn, heal and reset. 

Life is busy which is why we offer a variety of options to work with us. Whether that’s a 1-2-1 consultation and plans, support groups and day retreats all over Manchester and Lancashire on specific subjects, or completely immerse yourself by joining us at one of our La Manga resort retreats. 

We love working with businesses to educate employers on how to move away from pain and learn how to manage and heal injuries, digestive issues, stress levels, blood sugar problems, improve their family’s health to pass knowledge on to next generations and reduce employee absenteeism through illnesses such as back pain, anxiety, depression, poor gut health, menapause, or looking after sick, loved ones.
